Wretched Fest Lex (Also stylized as WRetched Fest Lex) is a doom/sludge/black metal festival taking place in Lexington, KY. Hosted by Mike Bray and the WRFL program All Things HEAVY it is notably the first metal event hosted by the Lexington Radio station since the Doom Metal offshoot known as Doomslang in 2013.

Work on the inaugural Wretched Fest Lex had dated back as far as 2017, initially planning for a fest sometime in September or October 2018. Bands initially proposed behind the scenes to perform at the fest would be Rotting Kingdom, Autocrat, Frayle and Midnight among other proposed bands. However with internal conflicts and the proposed venue of Cosmic Charlie's in the process of moving to it's third location, the 2018 event did not happen.
Work would begin again for the festival shooting for October 2019, ultimately securing a newly remodeled Al's Bar and Al's Sidecar (Also known as "Beer Garden") for the venue. Seven bands would be secured for the inaugural edition.
