What The Hell! is a compilation curated by the German doom metal label Hellhound Records, in 1991.
Nearly all of the eleven songs presented were exclusive to this long out-of-print compilation. Notably the two songs by The Obsessed were recorded in the same sessions as Lunar Womb, both songs later reissued on Incarnate.
