History

This Swiss event was started in 2013 by promoters Sounds of Liberation, together with the venue Z7 Konzertfabrik. The first edition was 1 day but subsequent editions took place over multiple days days, featuring stages inside and outside the venue.

The 2020 and 2021 editions were cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions, so the vol. 8 takes place in 2022.

Vol. 2

The second edition took place 3 and 4 October 2015.

It featured headliners Kadavar, Fu Manchu, Blues Pills and Brant Bjork, as well as Ufomammut, Dozer, Conan, Naam, Mars Red Sky, Lonely Kamel, Greenleaf, Vintage Caravan, Alunah, The Socks, Wardhill, Intercostal, Hellroom Projectors, No Mute and The Black Willows.

Vol. 3

The third edition took place 2 and 3 October 2015.

It featured headliners The Melvins, as well as My Sleeping Karma, Karma to Burn, Jex Thoth, Valient Thor, Monolord, Black Rainbows, Samsara Blues Experiment, Stoned Jesus, Child, Sun and the Wolf, Powder for Pigeons, Ilja, Bloodnstuff, Moaning Cities, Space Fisters and Marblewood.

Vol. 4

The fourth edition took place on the 30th of September and 1st of October 2016.

It featured headliners Electric Wizard, Truckfighters and Pentagram as well as Elder, Greenleaf, Monkey3, Dyse, Yob, 1000 Mods,Fatso Jetson, Cough, Black Cobra, SubRosa, Yawning Man, Leech, Desert Mountain Tribe, Ephedra, Wucan, Giöbia, Mother's Cake and High Fighter.

The fifth edition was held on 6th and 7th October 2017.
