Thirsty and Miserable is the second EP release by California doom metal band Saint Vitus. Recorded and released in 1987 it is notable for featuring a cover of the Black Flag song "Thirsty and Miserable", done in a slower tempo to the hardcore classic and the only studio recorded cover the band has done. The EP also features a re-recorded version of "Look Behind You" with Wino on vocals.
Thirsty and Miserable was originally released on cassette and 45RPM LP in 1987, with an LP reissue in 2009. While never released on CD the three songs from this EP are included as bonus tracks to the CD edition of Born Too Late, reversing the order of the songs.
