The Sweet And Easy Of Brief Happiness is the second live release by the stoner rock band Hermano. Recorded during the Angry American Tour in Europe circa 2004, this DVD contains live performances, behind-the-scenes footage, recording sessions of Dare I Say..., the video for "Let's Get It On" and more. Notably Olly Smit (Celestial Season) would appear on this record as a guest guitarist as he filled in on guitar for the tour.
