The Night Before The Sky Fell In America 10 September 2001 is a live album composed by Acid Mothers Temple & The Melting Paraiso U.F.O., culminating of the second of two performances in Chicago the day before the infamous 9/11 attacks.

Background[edit | edit source]

During Acid Mothers Temple's We Are Here USA Tour in the fall of 2001, the band would perform two unconventional sets in Chicago on 10 September 2001. The set illustrated here was the first of two, taking place at WNUR in Evanston, Illinois, live on radio. The band performed a set-specific version of their classic "Pink Lady Lemonade".
