The Early Years is a compilation album by the American stoner metal band Acid King. It is comprised of the band's early recordings, the first four tracks being the 1994 EP Acid King and the band's 1995 debut album Zoroaster. Notably it uses the same artwork as the 1994 EP which depicts Ricky Kasso, the titular "Acid King".

It would be initially released on 9 October 2006 via Japanese label Leaf Hound Records, following the band's tour of Japan earlier that year. In early 2010 it would be re-issued by the American label Small Stone Records, with a full re-master.
