Coming Down The Mountain |
The Best Of Wayne-Gro / Coming Down The Mountain (Also commonly known as Unida/Dozer) is a Split Double EP curated by MeteorCity Records, featuring the Swedish stoner rock band Dozer and the California desert rock band Unida. It would serve as an early release for Dozer and Unida's debut release. It would be released initially on 20 April 1999 before Unida's first European Tour on CD and an initial vinyl edition is limited to 1000 copies on red vinyl. A second pressing would also be limited to 1000 copies on marbled white and black vinyl. Both vinyl versions would come with a poster advertising the Unida/Dozer split EP and Nebula/Lowrider split EP as well as the Unida/Nebula 1999 Tour.
The Split EP would also be re-issued in 2006 on CD.
Unida's tracks would be recorded at Monkey Studios in Palm Springs between 12 and 16 August 1998 while Dozer's tracks would be recorded at Rockhouse Studios in Borlänge, Sweden. Finally both EPs would be mastered at Santa Fe Center Studios in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
