Svart Records is a Finnish label based out of Turku. The label would be founded 2009 by Jarkko Pietarinen and Tomi Pulkki, specializing in re-releasing underground music on vinyl. Along with showcasing underground music around the world, Svart would also focus on showcasing underground Scandinavian music, notably several bands in Finland's scene.
Along with re-issues and original releases, Svart would also host several recurring series and sublabels such as Jazz Liisa, Pop-Liisa, ondo Svart, Mustat Levyt, Öm Sound and Svartronix.
