Supernatural Birth Machine is the fourth studio album by the English doom metal band Cathedral. Released in 1996, the band's sound shifted towards heavy metal with elements of psychedelic rock and stoner metal. Notably, the version released in the UK by Earache had artwork by Dave Patchett as per the band's tradition while the US version would opt for a picture of the band on the front cover, with the Patchett art on the inside.
A music video would be produced for "Stained Glass Horizon".
