Sore is the second studio album released by American sludge metal band Buzzov*en in 1994, through Roadrunner Records. The lineup would be largely the same as To A Frown, though with the addition of Buddy Apostolis. By the time of the release of ...At a Loss the lineup would be completely changed, with Kirk as the sole consistent member.
In regards to the release date the release in North America isn't exact but it's known the album was released in Europe on 18 July 1994[1] and in Japan on 21 September 1994.[2] Tracks 3, 4, 9 previously appeared on "Unwilling to Explain" EP. Track 10 previously appeared on "Wound" EP. Track 12 contains cycled noise sample after 04:40. Duration of track 12 on LP version is 09:18.
Metal Mind Productions would reissue Sore in 2010 as a 2CD with demos as a bonus disc, released around the same time as Violence From The Vault. Music on Vinyl would re-issue Sore in 2019 as a double LP.
