Red Smoke Festival is an open air festival hosted in Pleszew. Spanning three days with a wide arrangement of heavy genres, it is billed as the first stoner/heavy/retro/doom/psychedelic open air festival in Poland. From 2018 the festival would further expand including DJ tents, multiple stages and even secret performers though the identity of these "secret gigs" are unknown except to those in attendance.

The inaugural Red Smoke Festival would take place at Amfiteatr on 12 and 13 July 2013.[1]

2015[]
The third annual Red Smoke Festival would be announced in the Spring of 2015 and would take place from 10 - 12 July 2017, the first edition to span three days.[3]

2016[]
The fourth annual Red Smoke Festival would be announced in December 2015,[4] with the full lineup and the festival selling out by June.[5] The 2016 edition would take place between 8 - 10 July 2016.[6][7][8] Wucan were intended to play but dropped off on 7 July, a day before the festival.

2017[]
The 2017 edition of Red Smoke Festival would take place between 14 and 16 July 2017 and initially announced on 20 November 2016.[9] By 23 March three-day passes would be sold out.[10][11]

2018[]
On 10 December 2017 the 2018 edition of Red Smoke Festival would be announced.[12] Following several acts being announced, three-day passes would be sold out by May.[13] Along with a "secret gig" on Saturday, DJ duties would be handled by Eggs Delicious over the weekend. The 2018 edition of Red Smoke Festival would take place between 13 and 15 July.

2019[]
The 2019 edition of Red Smoke Festival would be announced on 31 January 2019, with several of the festivals acts to follow.[14] By 26 March 3-Day Passes would be sold out.[15] The 2019 edition would take place between 12 - 14 July, with DJ gigs to close out each night at the Wigwam (Eggs Delicious on Friday, Wux on Saturday and RSF Dance Experience on Sunday).[16]
Dead Vibrations were intended to play but would drop off on 4 July.[17]

2020[]
The 2020 edition of Red Smoke Festival was originally intended for 10 - 12 July 2020 and some names were announced such as Colour Haze, The Atomic Bitchwax, Mothership, Sasquatch and Kaleidobolt among others. However on 22 April it would be announced that the festival would be canceled due to The COVID-19 pandemic.[18] Ultimately the festival would be postponed to 2022.
2022[]
The 2022 edition of Red Smoke Festival would be slated for 7 - 10 July 2022.[19] Initial bands announced would be among the likes of Greenleaf, Mars Red Sky, Electric Moon, Ecstatic Vision and Kaleidobolt to name a few.
