Psychotoblack was a sludge/doom metal band based out of Japan. The project formed in 2000 initially as a metalcore band but eventually shifted and evolved into a sludge/doom outfit highly influenced by Black Sabbath and Eyehategod. The band would release three demos before disbanding roughly around 2004. In 2006, vocalist Hiroyuki Takano would go on to form a new project in Sithter.
