Pick Your Battles is a live compilation featuring music by Melvins and is a complimentary CD to the art book Manchild 4. Pick Your Battles was released on 7 April 2009 and limited to 3000 copies.
Tracks 1-8 recorded live on 4 February 1989 at the 924 Gilman Street Project in Berkeley, California. Tracks 9-15 recorded live on 9 August 2008 at the Paradise Rock Club in Boston, Massachusetts.
The Bifocal Media website would also release two outtakes from the 2008 set as a free download: Civilized Worm (5:33) and Suicide in Progress (3:56)
