Nativity in Black II is the second of two Black Sabbath tribute albums named after the widespread yet incorrect assumption surrounding the title of the Black Sabbath song "N.I.B.". Similar to the first volume it features heavy metal acts but goes into more industrial and nu-metal bands, including a hip-hop artist to close out the compilation. Notably Ozzy featuring as a guest returns as does Megadeth.

Notably the Busta Rhymes re-imagining of "Iron Man (This Means War)" also appears on the 1998 album E.L.E. (Extinction Level Event): The Final World Front.
