Molodoï (Also known as Le Molodoï) is a 1901 law association created in 1988 and an alternative and self-managed performance hall located in Strasbourg, France. Located near La Laiterie, the Molodoï is one of the places of alternative Strasbourg culture, described as a "laid-back, industrial-style venue with a full bar showcasing live alternative music."

Founded in 1988 in Strasbourg, the Molodoï association devoted itself first of all to a fanzine, a radio program and the organization of concerts. In 1994, after two years of work, the association inaugurated the performance hall which hosts concerts, plays, screenings, exhibitions, debates, etc. In September, the hall hosts a few concerts as part of the Electronic Nights of the Ososphere and festivals such as Itawak Fest.

The Molodoï association is managed by a collegial administration committee which therefore has no president; the organization is decided during general meetings. Molodoï makes the place available only to associations wishing to organize an event and asks in return for a human, material or financial contribution, decided by the organizing associations. One of the conditions is also to set an entry price of less than € 8. The evening must be open to everyone and everyone. Private parties and reservations at the entrance are prohibited. The room is made available, it is not a rental. A financial investment, which remains to be defined, or material or human (various aids) is requested in return. Even if it is currently supported by the city of Strasbourg, the association tends to evolve towards self-financing.

The name "Molodoï" means "young" in Russian.
