Misty Morning are a stoner/doom metal quartet hailing from Roma, Italy. Though forming in 1995 the band would not release a studio album until nearly twenty years after forming amid a host of other releases and establishing themselves in the growing Italian heavy rock scene. Along with stoner and doom the band draws in elements of progressive and psychedelic rock, with concepts of lysergic testimonies and the mystic visions of Martian Pope. Once the band got properly established in 2007 they began regularly playing in the Italy area, often branching out to other countries to perform such as Ireland and England among others.

Misty Morning would be founded by one Luca Moretti and Massimo Vendittozzi in Italy circa 1995 though the band would remain in the embryonic stages for years as both members concentrated on other projects. Misty Morning would finally gain ground in 2007 once drummer Francesco de Dominicis joined the group. The band's debut shows would take place in August at various small festivals in Italy. Along with performing more frequently in 2008 the band would release their debut EP in The Martian Pope. With more frequent shows including short tours of Ireland and England the band would recruit a fourth member in Massimo Melina circa 2010 and work would begin on the band's next release.
In 2011 the band had already been signed to Doomanoid Records when they release a vinyl single in Saint Shroom circa 6 August 2011 to a generally positive reception. The band would largely perform in Italy as the band prepared to work on a debut album. With a title inspired by cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin and the name reworked into an abbreviation of "Galactic Gateways For Reborn Intellects", Ga.Ga.R.In. would see release via Magick Science circa 25 October 2014 to generally positive reviews.
Misty Morning remains active in the Italian stoner and doom scene, often supporting touring acts of participating in small festivals.
