Midwest Mini-Tour (2010) |
Midwest Mini-Tour would be a string of shows involving three bands: The Manchester sludge band Below (Under their original moniker Holy Mountains), the Louisville post-metal band (ohlm) and the Atlanta sludge band Sons of Tonatiuh. The latter band would serve as the headliner, further touring in support of their eponymous debut.[1] (ohlm) would be touring in support of their debut album The Synaptic Dissent.
On 21 and 23 October, Below was going by their original name Holy Mountains and the last shows under that moniker. On 24 October the band would go by Below for the first time at a house show in Lexington.[2][3] It would also be the last show with Chris Clough on drums, as Travis Marcum would replace him in December.
