Methods For Attaining Extreme Altitudes is an EP by Bongzilla. Recorded in Madison in September 1997, it would be released via Relapse Records in early 1998 in what would be their debut release with the label. "Methods..." has since been reissued in a collection CD with the band's debut album Stash and as a standalone vinyl record in 2019.
