MetalDesert was a website active roughly between 2000 and 2006. It would serve as a database for many bands in the 1990s and early 2000s stoner rock scene, along with tours, interviews, reviews and much more. Notably the site would serve as a hub for many bands in the South American stoner scene, such as Los Natas, Sandiablo, Dragonauta, Santoro and stonerwitch just to name a few.
