Live in L.A. is a live album by the American doom metal band Trouble. Recorded in 2008 on the Seal Your Doom Tour, it would notably be the only Trouble release to featuring vocalist Kory Clarke.[1][2] A studio album would be planned with Clarke on vocals but he would be fired in 2011.[3][4]

The live album was originally announced in the Fall of 2008[5] and released on 3 December 2008.[6] FRW Music would issue a vinyl edition in 2009 while SAOL would issue a CD version. On 22 September 2009 Escapi Music would re-issue a CD. Finally in 2010 High Roller Records would issue a vinyl edition.

Live in L.A. would attain mixed to negative reviews, with common criticism towards Kory Clarke's vocals. Yiannis Dafopoulos, writing for Metal Temple, would give a scoreless review mainly criticizing the sound quality and describing the live release as "something I would not die for".[7] A review for AllMusic, giving 3.5 stars, would praise the band's performance though note that Kory Clarke was never long for Trouble.[8] Notably a review via Hellbound.ca would award the album a 1/10, describing Clarke's vocals as "brutal", "shot" and "having no technique or finesse", noting that "Clarke’s tuneless emphysemic caterwaul disrupts even the finest instrumental performance, rendering it virtually unlistenable.". In closing the review would state that Live in L.A. is "represents a terrible first foot forward and never should have been released.".[9]
