Live Rites is the third official live release by Pentagram. Released in the Fall of 2011, it would feature a live performance in April 2011 in Helsinki, Finland on the band's 40th anniversary tour.[1] Notably, it's the only Pentagram release to feature Albert Born on drums.

Live Rites was released on vinyl with a 16-page booklet and limited 1000 copies (700 on Transparent Grey, 250 on Black Vinyl with two posters).
