Live Music Hall Köln December 29th 1992 is the second live album officially released by The Obsessed, documenting a live performance in late 1992 as part of the Rock Hard X-Mas Festival with Trouble, Napalm Death, Crowbar and Cathedral. The album was released by Roadburn Records.

The initial release of this live album was on 14 April 2012 to coincide with The Obsessed's reunion appearance at Roadburn Festival. 1000 copies were pressed on black vinyl, with the first 300 featuring a bonus 7" entitled Saturday Night Special. This 7" has two unreleased demos, one of which being an untitled jam and the other a cover of "Iron Horse - Born to Lose" by Motörhead.

A second pressing of the live album would see release with a different album cover and limited to 1200 copies. 1000 copies would be pressed on marbled grey vinyl while 200 copies on red were pressed exclusively for the United States.
