Live Conference (Also known as Conference Live) is the second live album by Om and the only official live document of the Cisneros/Amos duo lineup. A documentation of their performance at ATP New York 2008 doing the entirety of Conference of the Birds, Live Conference was released by Important Records in August 2009.

Background

On 20 September 2008 the Om lineup of Al Cisneros and Emil Amos performed at Kutsher's Country Club in Monticello, New York for All Tomorrow's Parties New York alongside a host of bands such as Growing, Wooden Shjips, Low, Polvo, Lightning Bolt and Shellac among others. While working in a similar setlist to what the original lineup established previously the band simply performed the entirely of Conference of the Birds for the festival.

Eventually the recordings would be released strictly on vinyl via Important Records and ultimately the second release to feature Amos on drums. Live Conference was released on 5 August 2009, roughly a month before the band's fourth studio album God Is Good. The initial pressings were issued in a heavy die-cut tip-on outer sleeve and printed inner sleeve, quickly selling out. In 2010, Live Conference would see a reissue on tan cardboard sleeve stock, with silkscreened art by David V. D'andrea.
