Lay Not Your Treasures Where Moth and Rust Doth Corrupt is the second studio album by Everyone Lives Everyone Wins. It would be recorded in 2010 as a concept album, with each member writing an extensive individual piece exploring the concept of identity, captured in respective sanctuaries.

All three compositions would be recorded in the Winter of 2010. MSL's composition would be recorded in the Wormhole, JTH's composition would be recorded in the Out House and MHG's composition would be recorded in the Drone Room.

Along with a digital release on 1 March 2011, a physical box set would see release in the Spring of 2011 featuring all three compositions on separate CDs in a hand-crafted box set with small artifacts and liner notes from all three members.
