History[]
Kröwnn would be founded in the summer of 2012 initially as the trio of Silvia Rossato, Elena Fiorenzano and Michele Carnielli. Less than nine months after forming the band would self-produce and release their first album Hyborian Age on 12 February 2013, with distributors in PRC Music (CD), The Arcane Tapes (Cassette) and Rolling Bones (Vinyl).
A year later on 16 June 2014 would see the release of Magmafröst, first independently by the band and later via Taxi Driver Records and The Arcane Tapes, with shows in Italy to support the second album. In 2016 the band would release the single Dracarys (Derived from Game of Thrones, the word meaning "Dragonfire" in the Valyrian language) on 14 August 2016. Shows would follow in Italy and Greece as work began on a third record.
By the end of 2018 it would be announced that Kröwnn were now a quartet, adding a second guitarist in Nicola Bordignon.[1] Recording at Rocketbooster Studio with GG Rock, Kröwnn would release their third album Bluedeep on 30 November 2019 to positive reviews, followed by the two-song TwinBlades EP the following July.
