It Is I was a short-lived industrial sludge/doom band from California. Beginning in 1991 this quartet would eventually put out a single record entitled Evolve in 1994 only to disband sometime later. Thomas Choi formed this band after his departure of Asbestosdeath (Which ultimately led to the formation of Sleep) and later joined Noothgrush and Operator Generator.
