How Things Reproduce is the first demo and first overall release by Sheavy. Released on cassette in 1993, the first six songs would be recorded demo tracks.The last three tracks were live songs when the band was still known as Green Machine, live recorded at LSPU Hall on 28th August 1993 and featuring two Kyuss covers.
