Holy Death Trio are a heavy rock power trio based out of Austin, Texas. Founded in 2016,[1] the band would quickly gain buzz by performing a high-energy blend of rock and roll throughout Texas and it's surrounding states. Metal Injection would notably describe their music as "breathing life into that heavy blues/stoner rock style, Holy Death Trio fuses the likes of early Rush, Black Sabbath and Fu Manchu in the heart of Texas.[2]
Refining their anthemic songs with an endless series of live shows, Holy Death Trio entered the studio with Producer/Engineer Charles Godfrey (Trail of Dead, Swans, Whiskey Myers) to record their debut full length record, following the release of a self-titled EP.[3] Hand picked by revered Ozzy bassist Blasko to release their debut album as the first release in his partnership with Ripple Music, the band present here a Texas tornado of high octane rock 'n' roll and heavy cosmic beauty.[4]
Introducing... would see release on 17 September 2021[5] to positive reception from numerous publications.[6][7][8]
To support their debut, Holy Death Trio would appear at numerous marquee events in 2021 and 2022 such as Stoner Jam, RippleFest Texas and Desertfest New York among others.
