Hey, You is the first EP and debut release by the Japanese post-rock band Mono. Listed as "mono's first contact", Hey, You was self-produced by mono's own label Forty-4 and released on CD, limited to 1000 copies.[1] Hey, You has since gone on to become a collector's item among fans of the band.
"Karelia" (Retitled as "Karelia (Opus 2)") and "L'America" would be re-recorded for the band's debut album Under The Pipal Tree, released in 2001 via Tzadik Records. "Finlandia" and "Black Woods" would be re-released as part of the 2007 compilation Gone: A Collection of EPs 2000 - 2007.
