Background[]
Writing and Recording[]
Comacozer's "Sun of Hyperion" was recorded during sessions for their 2019 album Mydriasis at Ice Cream Studios in Sydney, Australia.[1]
Vinnum Sabbathi recorded their two tracks at Testa Estudio in Léon, Mexico, on June 9, 2018, some samples were added at a later point.[2]
Release and Reception[]
The split album was released on May 20, 2020 on coloured vinyl (variations were "Deep Space" blue and "Sun Wax" yellow) by Psychedelic Salad Records, marking the labels debut vinyl release.[3]
