Hello Tokyo, Bye Bye Osaka - Live in Japan 1999 is the third official live album by the California hard rock/proto-metal band Blue Cheer, released in 1999 via Japanese label Captain Trip Records. Notably the recordings stem from Blue Cheer's 1999 tour of Japan, with recordings taking place on 10 and 11 February at Tokyo On Air West and 13 February at Osaka Club Quattro. This live album would also be packaged with an OBI Strip.
