HARLOT CHURCH[]

Harlot Church are a rock band from England formed in 2012. Their coming together was part of the evolutionary process Stoke-on-Trent creates when one band dies, another is formed.

History[]

The members of Harlot Church formed as a result of Patrick J's band 'The Laker Test' folding around the same time 'The Slashers' imploded, in which Hippi was a full time member. Jim Palmer, ex 'Charger,' 'Murder One' and 'Space Witch' and current 'Ragging Speedhorn' member joined on guitar to complete the trio.

Lore[]

Influences[]

Harlot Church list only fellow Stoke-on-Trent bands Rise To Thunder, and Bleak Zero as Influences.

2012[]

Pat recruited trusted now pals Jim Palmer (guitar) to whom he had never actually met but known around the small scene for a number of years. Trusted equal and partner in crime, Hippi (drums), along with Jim (Guitar) and Pat (Bass, Vocals) formed the newly christened Harlot Church.

2014[]

The band had some notable support slots back in 2014. Supporting High On Fire, Crowbar and Bastards of The Skies and a number of headline appearances. A notable acoustic in shop performance for record store day 2014 was also deemed a success, after adding 'H' on the hung.
