From The 13th Sun is the seventh studio album by Candlemass. It is the second Candlemass album to feature vocalist Björn Flodkvist and a continuation of the experimental space rock sound developed on the previous record Dactylis Glomerata.
NGC 891 is a galaxy in the constellation Andromeda. Cyclo-F is a pill used to treat or prevent excessive blood loss. "Blumma Apt", "Zog" and "Galatea" are titled after sculptures. The liner notes would also notably state the following: "dedicated to the greatest band of all time: Black Sabbath".
From The 13th Sun would attain a fairly mixed reception from fans. However reviews of the album are positive, along the likes of doom-metal.com,[1] AllMusic,[2] MetalMusicArchives,[3] ProgFreak[4] and Only Solitaire.[5]
