Forever Hangover is a five-date mini-tour helmed between Lexington, Kentucky sludge band Dirtbag and Manchester, Kentucky doom metal band Hawkbill.
Background[]
Plans for Hawkbill to tour had been in the works since the band's inception while Dirtbag had interest to tour with them at some point, leading to a five-date mini-tour in the process. Dates were slowly put together and announced one at a time, the first being the 9 July and 11 July dates with the 7 July date, 10 July date and 8 July dates following. Dirtbag are touring and performing songs in support of their forthcoming Voided release while Hawkbill are touring in support of their self-titled album while promoting new material.
The 7 July date was notably booked by Louisville artist (and friend to both bands) Doodlehound and is billed as an art & music showcase.
