Evolve is the only studio album by the California industrial sludge band It Is I. It would be initially released in 1994 as the first release on Dwell Records. The next year in early 1995, it would be reissued on CD via German label Hellhound Records, omitting the intro track. "Abandoned Souls" is just short of nine minutes long, followed by ten minutes of silence and a brief acoustic guitar piece.
