Doom Sessions Vol. 666 is the sixth release in a doom metal split series curated by Italian label Heavy Psych Sounds. This edition would notably feature the English occult doom quartet Dead Witches alongside the French stoner doom trio Witchthroat Serpent.
It would be released in the Summer of 2021 as a 12" LP, with 450 copies produced in various colors alongside an unlimited black vinyl edition.
In regards to Dead Witches, D.I.E. would be the band's longest composition at just over fourteen minutes. It would also be the first recording to feature bassist Sam Cutbush and the only recording to feature guitarist Rab McIlrath and vocalist Spring Thompson.
