Debaser is a venue based in Stockholm, Sweden. Founded in 2013 after a decade of Debaser being a promotional group, Debaser would host two venues in the 750-capacity Strand and the 250-capacity Brooklyn Bar. The venue hosts many of Sweden's rising rock acts along with touring acts around the world.
Notably, both Debaser venues have hosted the Fuzz Festival curated by Truckfighters.
Biography[]
Debaser has been contributing to the blossoming of the local music and cultural scene since 2002, previously in different locations in Stockholm and Malmo before settling in their current permanent home in 2013. Debaser focuses on providing a platform for the best up-and-coming local and international talent. Over the years, some of Sweden’s most successful artists have played there before braving other stages around Europe and the world.[1]
