Dare I Say... is the second studio album by the stoner rock band Hermano. Recorded in multiple studios over a period between 2003 and 2004, Dare I Say would be released in late 2004 in Europe and the Winter of 2005 in the United Kingdom and United States.
Background[]
Work would begin on a second Hermano album as early as 2003 going into 2004, with the core trio of John Garcia, Dandy Brown and David Angstrom working with numerous other musicians. Since all of the members lived in different locations, recording would take place at the following studios:
- Berkley Park Studio, Atlanta, Georgia, USA
- Cabana Recordings, Boca Raton, Florida, USA
- Unit A Studio, Palm Springs, California, USA
- Feldman Studio, Palm Springs, California, USA
- Butter Studio, Joshua Tree, California, USA
- Aspen Heights Studio, Morongo Valley, California, USA
Dare I Say... would be released via Suburban Records in Europe (8 November 2004) and the United Kingdom (24 January 2005), via Music Farmers in Australia circa January 2005[1] and via MeteorCity Records in North America on 15 February 2005.[2] Dare I Say... would receive mostly positive reviews though several publications would cite the album as average.
