Canyon Creep was a stoner rock/hard rock band based out of California, active between 1998 and 2002. The band played many gigs all over the bay area and toured the west coast. Hijack The World!, their only full-length album, was engineered by Billy Anderson, mastered by George Horn at the legendary Fantasy Studios in Berkeley, and released internationally in 2001 on This Dark Reign Records out of Long Beach, CA. Songs from 'Hijack The World!' have been featured on radio, television, and in at least one snowboarding movie. During 2002, in the middle of a busy performance schedule, the band spent a weekend with Bob Nunes at a home studio in the Oakland hills to demo four songs for what would be Canyon Creep's second record. Besides touring in 2001 to support Hijack The World and a gig supporting Blue Oyster Cult no further info exists.
