Bongzilla / Boris is a split 7" between the Wisconsin Sludge Metal band Bongzilla and the Japanese experimental band Boris. Produced through 2021, it would be released circa February 2022 by Totem Cat Records in conjunction with Bongzilla's own label Gungeon. Bongzilla's track would be an alternate mix of the song "Weedsconsin" while Boris' contribution would be a cover of "Down The Road I Go" by Truth an Janey. The 7" would be composed as a tribute to sound engineer John Hopkins, who died in November 2020 aged 50.
The 7" would be limited to 666 copies in The United States and 500 copies in Europe, selling out in a day. The 7" would be produced in the following colors:
