Barebones / Boris is a Split EP featuring the Japanese hardcore punk band Barebones and the Japanese sludge metal trio Boris. It's initial release would be on 19 October 1996, the release party at Koenji 20000V.[1] It would be a Clear Turquoise 10" vinyl, limited to 500 copies. A CD reissue would follow in 1997, featuring three live bonus tracks between both bands. This would notably be Boris' first studio release.
