Baptism of the Walking Dead is the third EP by the English doom metal band Ramesses. It would be initially released in March 2009 as a self-released 3" CD-R featuring three tracks, limited to 200 copies.[1] In 2010, Hydro-Phonic Records would handle a vinyl issue with hand built, full colour, uber gloss fold out inverted crucifix sleeve. Features artwork from Jake and Dinos Chapman conceptual art piece, 'Fucking Hell'. All three songs, along with the art, would also appear on the band's second album Take The Curse.
The vinyl edition would notably also feature "The Glorious Dead" from the band's split with Unearthly Trance. Ultimately, this vinyl would be limited to 500 copies (300 black, 100 glow-in-the-dark, 100 clear).[2]
