BBC Radio 1 is the fourth live album by the experimental rock group known as Om, the band's first release in five years and their first to feature current keyboardist Tyler Trotter. Taken from their appearance on BBC Radio 1 in May 2019, this live session was surprise released via Drag City Records on 9 October 2019 as a digital release and double 10".
