Autocrat are a stoner/sludge metal band from Lexington, Kentucky, USA. Active since 2012 they have performed sporadically around the Kentucky area with a debut release in 2016.
History[]
Autocrat formed in 2012 with their first show on 1 August at Al's Sidecar in Lexington, KY. The band would perform around the Lexington area over the next few years including venues such as The Green Lantern and Al's Bar.
Their first release, entitled Interregnum, was released on 10 September 2016 at Broomwagon Coffee and Bikes in Lexington (With support from Astralnaut, BOMBS and Dirtbag).[1]
