Armageddoom is a festival hosted in Perth, Western Australia. Presented by Fuzz Factory Backline and Touring since 2013, Armageddoom serves to showcase Western Australia's finest stoner, psych and doom acts along with showcasing touring acts from around the world to promote bands to perform in Western Australia. Armageddoom is also billed as Perth's only stoner, doom and psych festival.
2013[]
The inaugural Armageddoom would be hosted at The Civic Hotel on 28 September 2013. This inaugural edition would host six bands, all of whom from Australia.[1]

2014[]
The second edition of Armageddoom would take place on 5 September 2014 at The Rosemount Hotel in Perth. This edition would feature a touring band as their headliner, a trend that would maintain with each subsequent edition. The headliner would be the UK doom metal band Conan in what would be their first ever liver performance in Australia.[2][3][4]

2015[]
The third edition of Armageddoom would take place on 17 July 2015 at the Rosemount Hotel in Perth. This edition would feature a co-headlining bill in Black Cobra and Jucifer, both of whom were on their Twins of Evil Australian Tour.[5][6]

2016[]
The fourth edition of Armageddoom would take place on 23 September 2016 at The Rosemount Hotel in Perth. The headliner for this edition would be Acid King and serve as a precursor to their headlining appearances at Doomsday Festival.

2018[]
The fifth edition of Armageddoom would take place on 7 September 2018 at The Amplifier Bar in Perth. The headliner for this edition would be Samsara Blues Experiment.[7]

2020 - 2022 (Canceled)[]
The sixth edition of Armageddoom was originally set to take place on 23 May 2020 at The Civic Hotel in Perth.[8] It would be announced as a double headlining bill featuring Stoned Jesus and Somali Yacht Club. However due to The CO-VID19 Pandemic the festival would be re-scheduled to 7 November 2020.[9] Finally, it would be rescheduled to 6 November 2021 at Lucy's Love Shack.[10] Following a postponement to 2022, the festival would be ultimately canceled due to the ongoing pandemic along with Russia launching a full-scale invasion of Ukraine starting on 24 February 2022, where both Stoned Jesus and Somali Yacht Club originate from (and would volunteer to protect their country).[11][12][13]
