Another Day in the Lost Live of... is a split 7" featuring the sludge metal bands Buzzov*en and Sourvein, the latter listed as "Sour Vein" and also their debut release. Sourvein's side was recorded in 1995 by Mark Smoot in Silver Springs, MD. Buzzov•en's side was recorded in 1995 by Shane Verdi at Fastlane Studios in Brooklyn, NY. It was released as a clear 7" though test pressings on Black Vinyl also exist.
No performers are credited anywhere on the 7".
