Aleksandr Smirnov (Russian: Александр Смирнов) (born 4 March 1987), better known by the pseudonym Alex Ezeptrone, is a Russian musician best known for being the frontman of the Doom/Death Metal band Wishdoomdark. He is also a former member of the band Gartaada. He recently formed the solo project COVID-19 in March 2020.
