Adolf Satan was a sludge/hardcore band based out of Boston, Massachusetts. They were largely active between 2002 and 2008, releasing a single album among two demo releases. The core members were Josh Martin and Larry Lifeless, both of whom played in Upsidedown Cross.
Original drummer Seth Putnam, best known as the vocalist of Anal Cunt, died of Heart Failure on 11 June 2011. Guitarist Josh Martin died on 28 May 2018 when he fell off an escalator. Vocalist Larry Lifeless died on 18 September 2021.
