Aberration is the first extended play by Neurosis. Released in early 1989 via the Berkeley, California punk label Lookout!, Aberration continues the crust punk/crossover sound established on Pain of Mind. It would be the last Neurosis release to feature Chad Salter, with Steve Von Till joining later that year.
The album cover depicts serial killer Richard Ramirez.
